Service Terms:
1. Purchase Guarantee – EzBayer guarantees that the items requested by Client and purchased by EzBayer on Client’s behalf will be authentic, functional and as described in the approved purchase request.
2. Product Warranty – Factory warranties may be available from the manufacturer or retailer on some new and refurbished items free of charge. Product and Extended warranties may also be available on new and used items from third parties for an additional charge. EzBayer guarantees the item as requested by Client at the time of delivery and first use only provided claims are filed within 5 business days after receipt by Client. EzBayer makes no other guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
3. Returns – Returns and claims are accepted if the item(s) are not materially as described in the Purchase request provided a claim is filed with EzBayer within 5 business days of original receipt by Client and not exceeding 10 business days of original receipt by EzBayer, if applicable. Note: EzBayer inspects all items shipped to EzBayer for quality control prior to delivery to our Clients. Client is responsible for determining the requested item(s) meet the requirements of their application.
4. Shipment – Seller will ship the item(s) purchased under Seller’s standard method. Client may expect delivery within 4-10 business days after purchase approval and payment to EzBayer in most instances. Shipment Damage – In the event of shipping damage, EzBayer will assist client in the filing of claims and will provide the documents and procedures for a successful resolution. Client must retain all packaging and shipment materials if purchase is not delivered to EzBayer offices.
5. EzBayer Liability – In no event shall EzBayer, Inc. or its assigns, designees, affiliates, employees or otherwise be liable for consequential, special or incidental damages as a result of claims against this Service Request. EzBayer Inc.’s total liability for all services or purchases provided under this Service Request shall be limited to fees paid to EzBayer for this service.
6. Fees- 8% of the item(s) purchase price (including warranty cost, if applicable but not including shipping, handling and insurance charges). For purchases up to $4999.99 there is a maximum fee of $250. Other fees apply for purchases of $5000 and more. Fees are not charged for Business and High Volume accounts unless a purchase is approved. All fees and payments are refunded in the event a purchase is not received as requested or is damaged in shipment and returned.
7. Payment Terms- Payment including service fees must be made in advance at the time of purchase approval unless prior arrangements are made. Payment may be made by check, bank wire transfer, PayPal, cash or credit card by phone, fax, in-person and by EzBayer website. Purchase Orders are also accepted with 10 day pay terms after invoicing (special advance approval required).
